After going through your available information, you are having chronic kidney disease and treatment coeram5/5 is combination of 2 antihypertensive drugs namely amlodipine and perindopril please check the contents of the drug.
ACE inhibitor perindopril can increase potassium level which may be changed by your treating doctor.
Usually such drugs are used for control of blood pressure and delay the progression of kidney disease.
Your kidney function may vary with some insult to kidneys like infection which should be promptly treated. the other drug is used to prevent high level of potassium known as hyperkalemia which is dangerous.
Please continue to take your treatment regularly you will need supervision of Nephrologist but if not available visit your Physician to streamline your treatment
Hope this helps. Take care. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
