Recommended Hifenac For Osteophytes. Should I Also Exercise Well?
i am suffering from spinal bony spurs ie osteophytes i have been recommended exercise asked asked to take hifenac p sos but i find that only if i take it can i have a good nights sleep can i take yhis medicine for long time otherwise pain is too much thanks

yes this can be taken but in my opinion physiotherapy exercises hot massage local muscle relextants and low protein diets can help you
