General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

My first advise is to keep your blood sugars in range with the help of medication prescribed by the endocrinologist and lifestyle changes. The high blood glucose levels can explain all the symptoms you mentioned. For instance, diabetic patients have reduced gastric motility and stasis of food which can lead to indigestion and diarrhea eventually. In my view, if you visit emergency room you will be treated with medications to lower your blood sugar levels and help you with dealing with symptoms better.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
