Recommend Treatment For Breathing Issues

I am worried about some issues I've been having. For one, I feel like I don't get enough air at times. I am only 38 years old and have been extremely healthy all of my life, but lately I have had this breathing problem. Now sometimes when I speak I can't seem to say some words or finish my sentences when I talk. People are always saying that they didn't hear what I said or they ask me to repeat what I just said. I hate feeling this way. What could it be?
