Hi, I'm wondering if you'll be able to help.
I have a friend in need. She has problems at work, in that she gets stressed very easily, upset, and in a 'tis' often, usually when under pressure, or when putting herself under pressure.
Something like waking up and coming to work late can affect her for the whole day. She complains that she thinks too much 'around in circles' with mundane things relating to responsibilities she needs to accomplish like a task, or things relating to relationships with people. Going round and round in her head without solution. She says that she won't try Yoga or relaxation as it will not make a big enough difference to how she is feeling generally. Mostly she feels least content and more panicked or upset at work when she is tired or before her monthly cycle, though it is still happening at other times at the month.
I have been supportive, but I feel she needs abit more support, what should she do? She's tried councilling and Anti-Depressants she isn't seeing a councillor anymore and isn't taking anti-depressants now. The problem is she felt the anti depressants were making her more tired in the morning, harder to get up, though she feels she needs to find a way to get proper control over her life, with adult decisions, and feel better about herself, more in control of how work and how she feels.
