Recommend A Solution For Depression And Anxiety

I have been experiencing the feeling of being sad 24/7. I cut my wrists and I also have tried to self harm myself and I believe to be suicidal? When I was younger also I was sextually assaulted and I can t sleep without re-living that moment . I believe to be ill? Is this normal?

Hello,

The post traumatic events pause many of the clinical scenario including that of depression and anxiety. I would recommend following for you at present:
- Immediately start deep breathing exercises and YOGA
- Walking in fresh air, aerobics
- Involvement in likelihood activities
- Joining peer groups online or physically
- Counselling session with psychotherapist
- Prescription drugs for depression and anxiety control
- Avoid any recreational drugs, smoking, alcohol if consuming

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
