Received Vaccinations, Severe Pain In Right Arm, Difficulty Lifting Arm. Pain Due To Muscle Damage?

I had vaccinations about 4 weeks ago for travel to XXXX, and after about 1 week i had great pain in the muscle of my right arm . I now have great difficulty in lifting my arm to do anything. I saw my gp two weeks ago and they said give it a couple of weeks and then come back. Is this serious muscle damage caused by the vaccination?
