How low is it? Too low and you can feel fatigue easily. On a good day mine was 110/62 and I felt great. Now it is running 117/80 I'll take it, I'm 20 years older It is better for it to be low, less possible case for a stroke, and other problems. What does your doctor say? I did not use salt, mine told me to fudge it with salt over the weekend every now an then. Well good luck, The 40's are a great decade if you let it be.
