Hi, the causes of neck swelling are many and lymph node enlargement is one of the commonest. The reason can be an infection in the head and neck region or some pathology of head neck region or neck other than infection. An FNAC will help in putting more light on the issue. Please consult an ENT and let him/her examine the swelling and then an FNAC or any further investigation can be decided. Regards
