Reason For Painful Lump In The Inside Crease Of Arm

hi I have had a lump in the inside crease of my arm ( inner side to elbow) when I went to see my gp about 6months ago it was about the size of a pea, it is painful to move sometimes especially if it's been in the same position for a while, it's now the size of an old English penny, should I go back to my gp and what could this be?

I have read your question, do you have tingling sensations on your little finger of the same hand? Its better if you can get a MRI of the elbow and lower arm region to come to a diagnosis rather than waiting it to grow further.
