Reason For Headache, Increased Body Temperature, And Muscle Pain?
i am having a head ache almost daily in the evening and experience a lot of heat in my body.
I have trouble sleeping and body temperature is raising. feet get very hot.
I am having a lot of muscle aches.. feet , calves, hands
Please tell me what might be the issue

Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems you are having fever.
You should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Elisa test for tuberculosis.
3. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
4. Urine examination.
You can take paracetamol 500mg for relief.

I had gone through the case and found that headache and body ache are associated sign of fever also.
So first find the cause of fever
-Viral fever
-Malaria.
-Tuberculosis (having evening rise low grade fever) or Pneumonia
-Pyrexia of unknown cause
-Typhoid ( High grade fever with abdominal pain and diarrhea)
-Urinary Infection
So go for proper investigation-
Blood test for infection, Sputum test, Chest X-ray, Malarial test, Widal test if having symptoms related to typhoid, Urine test routine and microscopic.
Meanwhile take Tablet Crocin 500mg for temporary relief.
After getting the correct diagnosis take proper treatment.
