Hello, Back pain in young guy like you can be due to back muscle spasm. It occurs due to sudden movement of back either due to heavy weight lifting or sudden bending. You need to take muscle relaxant like Myospaz or Myoril. It will help you in pain relief. Also apply diclofenec ointment and warm water saline at your back. I would also assure you that any sound during back movement is normal if it is not associated with pain. It is mostly due to tendon movement or bone cracking. No need to be panic about this.
