General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Symptom of incomplete feeling of evacuation inspite of having the feeling for evacuation is known as tenesmus and is likely to be due to colitis.
I would suggest you to consult a surgeon and diagnosis can be made by stool microscopy examination.
A course of antibiotics will be beneficial

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards
