Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Lack of period, abdominal pain and nausea can be caused by pregnancy. So if you find this possible, pregnancy test is the first thing you should do.
Pain and discomfort while urinating, can be also present with urinary tract infection. This is the second possibility.
To have it diagnosed, please have also urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound done. If infection will be present, antibiotic is necessary.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
