I have recently developed a burning/itching rash on the underside of my scrotum and when i looked at it today it was beginning to peel and looked very red. It s winter so I doubt that it has anything to do with sweat. I ve also been showering everyday for the past probably six months and this has arisen within the past week. I m not sexually active so I m pretty sure its no STD .
