It is very pink almost red it hurts. When I put Canesten all over it for about 3 days it goes away. But than I will get it some where else.Than when I think I am ok that its gone it comes back. always on my left side of upper body. Right now its back under my left breast. This has been going on for about a year or more. I am 68 years old. I have not had any thing like this in my life. My grandson who is 18 named my E mail and I cant seem to get rid of it.
Thanks for using HCM.This appears to be a fungal rash which can be treated by oral antifungal creams like Clotrimazole(which you are using) and oral antifungal drugs. The local cream should be used for at least 3 weeks after the rash disappears to prevent recurrence.Keeping the area dry, using cotton undergarments will help.If the rash appears resistant to local therapy, oral antifungal drugs may be used.Your doctor /Dermatologist can guide you further.
