Rapid heartbeat after taking acai capsules for weight loss. Histroy of kidney transplant. Suggest

I had a kidney transplant 9 years ago, I'm trying to lose weight and I wanted to know if Super Acai Cleanse
and Super acai Lean are safe. I started taking 1 capsule of each yesterday, at bedtime my heart was
beating fast I wasn't sure if that was from a vigerous workout or from the acai capsules. I'd appreciate a response.

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. I believe there are some case reports of acai being helpful in helping lose weight, however there are only two physiologically possible ways for losing weight. One is to exercise regularly and the other is to eat right. I hope you consult a dietetics specialist as well as an exercise specialist for the same. Also if you think you need medical help losing weight consulting a qualified doctor or a psychiatrist will be helpful.

Take care and have a lovely day!
