Raised Bumps, Peeling Skin, Irritation Near Mouth. Applied Neosporin. Swollen Lymph Node Under Chin. Treatment?
Hi. I have some irritation, raised bumps and some scabbing and peeling skin to the right of my mouth. I'm not sure if it was from shaving. It seemed to appear a day after I shaved. It doesn't really hurt, just looks bad. I have applied Neosporin before bed. I have also noticed a lymph node under my chin is swollen and irritated. Obviously I have some infection. Any thoughts on what it may be or how to treat it?

Hi, you have some irritation, raised bumps, peeling of skin to the right of mouth. Lymph node swollen and irritating under the chin.
It appears to be the bacterial infection, causing spread and swelling of the lymph node.
I prefer to give anti biotics, and steroid containing ointment for complete recovery. Thank you.
