Pus Coming Out After Wisdom Teeth Removal Under Anesthesia. No Healing After Taking Antibiotics

Hi I had four wisdom teeth taken out under anaesthetic a week ago today. And the two bottom tooth sockets have puss coming out them. The stitchers are still in I can see them. I've been on antibiotics for a week and gaggling warm salt water but it just won't heal and go away!!!

It is not good sign for healing to a tooth socket,It is a situation that we call dry socket, it can treat throw irrigation and using antibiotics.so you should visit your dentist.
