Pus And Epithelial Cells Found In Urine Routine Test During Pregnancy. What Does Urine Culture Finding Mean?
Hi, I am 30 years old female and I am 19 weeks pregnant. In my Urine routine test, there were pus cells 10-15/hpf, and epithelial cells 6-8. My doctor told me to get Urine Culture done. The Urine culture report says Occasional Pus cells, Budding yeast cells and no bacteria seen. And the result of the report is "No growth after 48 hrs of incubation". What does this report mean?

From your i understood that you are suffering from fungal infection.
Budding yeast cell is mostly due to Candidia.
you must need Antifungals like terbinafine, Miconazole etc.
Please consult a Dermatologist before taking these drugs.
