Provide Details About Irritable Bowel Syndrome

I would like to know more about ibs. I am according to my doctor suffering from this. I am a 56 female and lost the last 18mths about 27kg. I am now weighing about 73kg. I had a lot of stress and at the moment it seems like what ever i eat (i am trying to avoid the wrong things like wheat products and sweet stuff) is not working. I have a runny tummy all the time. I am very tired and become moody too. Please help.
