Pressure In Between Shoulder Blades With Trouble Breathing And Racing Heart

Hello. Im having a pressure in between my shoulder blades and it occasionally has a sharp pain. I have trouble breathing here and there and my heart races really fast sometimes. Im coughing up really thick mucus for the past 2 months as well. It has abrownish color to it. Can you help me figure out what this could be?
