Prescribed Crisanta Instead Of Taraana For Acne Problem. Are The Components Of Both Medicines Same?
Hi Dr P V S Prasad, i am 39 year old women with 3 children, because of my acne problem my Dermatologist prescribed be taraana contraceptive pills. Which did wonders to me in 4-5 cycles. Now the company has stopped taraana and instead of that I m suggesting to take crisanta. i would like to take your advice on this. Are the components, both the medicines same? Will crisanta do the same wonders for on my acne problem?

I have read the query and both the medications crisanta and taraana both of which are oral contraceptive pills have same components of ethinylestradiol and drosperinone in same dose so no doubt crisanta will have similar improvement as taraana.So,you can go ahead with the medication crisanta for you acne.
