Prescribed Zinnat, Ciprobay, Tergecef For UTI. Urinalysis Repeated. What Is Causing High HPF In RBC? Scan Shows Cyst In Liver

My mom had a kidney transplant year 2002. She had a urinalysis tract infection last November, 2013 and was prescribed 6 kinds of antibiotics like Zinnat, Ciprobay, Tergecef, Nitrofurantoin, Tazobactam(thru IV), and the last was
Invanze 1g (injected thru muscle). We had urinalysis test repeated after the last medicine. The result is ff:
WBC - 1-3/hpf. RBC - 10-12/hpf. Occult blood - ++. Negative on protein, glucose, ketone. So far the citiscan result is normal except for a cysts in her liver. Do we need to do other tests to know what's causing high HPF in her RBC?

Hello. The presence of RBC is related to active infection or other urinary tract pathologies. As differents antibiotics were prescribed,it is recommended that your mother be seen by a urologist. He will examine she and perhaps request additional tests to rule out urinary tract pathologies o complicated infection.
I wish you good health.
