Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history, you are known case of urticaria which is due to allergy such person are prone to drug reaction so you should be very careful in taking drugs and if possible avoid them.
You have reaction to any one or even all of them it is difficult to say which one is causative agent so stop all and take anti allergy drug like diphenhydramine and report it to your physician if required short course of steroid may be used by Physician.
It should be possibly antibiotic which caused symptoms as other one is pre and probiotic but still can cause allergy.
You should see a Dermatologist and get serum IgE level and complete blood count and a comprehensive allergy testing to find out allergens.
Hope this helps.
Take care
Good Luck.
