Prescribe Cream For Melasma Spread All Over Face

Bula am from Fiji and we dont have much face peeling or melasama creams available to choose from. My melasama has gone worse and has spread all over my face, looking like I had burnt my skin PLEASE HELP as I have tried almost all pigmentation cream under the sun. Expensive ones, cheap ones etc.

Hello and welcome to HCM.

Since you have tried depigmentation creams, I am assuming you have already given a shot to hydroquinone. So for treatment of melasma I'd usually suggest chemical peels which has to be done under the guidance of physician.
Also you may consult your dermatologist for laser treatments of melasma like fraxel, Q switched ND:YAG laser.
