Hi am male aged 33 yrs old. My question is about Premature Ejaculation. Since long time i am having this problem. I am already married now and have a kid as well but still i have the same problem. My wife has no complain with our sexual life. But i feel like that she is not so much satisfied coz i cannot stay for a long time. My wife she has her orgasm as well while having sex but its very hard and have to control myself a lot. Whenever we see some x movie she asks me like to have a sex for long duration. Also my penis length is 5.15" long and in compare to that breadth is not so much thick as well.
So, is there any medicine or to cure my PE permanently? and also increase my penis size ??

Since last 5-6 months i started using delay spray for which my wife is not aware about it. It was going well but since last month i feel like erection is not so much hard and does not stays for long time. Then now i started taking Cialis but just 1/4th of it and because of it am able to sustain my erection for long time though i use delay spray. It has become like my habit now and without using those medicine my self confidence has gone totally down. So, doctor can you please tell me the way for curing PE so that i could get rid out of those delays spray and sex stimulation medicine. How can i increase the power to sustain my erection as naturally again..Kindly please do answer my question asap . am very much tensed....Thank you..
