General & Family Physician 's  Response
I am able to understand that the problem is pregnancy related
Engorged veins around the vagina during pregnancy is common and
sometimes knot like swelling may be there along the course of the vein
Usually disappear after delivery
Other causes are infectious and Herpes has to be ruled out
OG opinion and if necessory dermologist's opinion is indicated
I find this answer helpful
