my first child report said : placenta is anterior upper grade 1 maturity and second child report of today says : placenta is posterior upper grade 1 maturity
hello dear thanks for your query at HCM placenta is structure that attaches baby to mothers uterus. from placenta umbilical cord arises and have blood vessel that supply baby. placenta is usually attached to the upper part of the body of the uterus to anterior or posterior wall of uterus in equal frequancy. there is no problem if placenta attaches anteriorly or posteriorly. your scan is showing normal finding , no need to worry regards
