Pregnant. Ultrasound Done. Is The Report Normal?

hello doctor
i am 21 weeks pregnent and in my todays scan i am having a doubt over a sentence in my ultra sound report as i have compared it with my earlier report of my first child pls help me make understand what that means

my first child report said : placenta is anterior upper grade 1 maturity
and second child report of today says : placenta is posterior upper grade 1 maturity

pls help me out doctor

thanks for your query at HCM
placenta is structure that attaches baby to mothers uterus.
from placenta umbilical cord arises and have blood vessel that supply baby.
placenta is usually attached to the upper part of the body of the uterus to anterior or posterior wall of uterus in equal frequancy.
there is no problem if placenta attaches anteriorly or posteriorly.
your scan is showing normal finding , no need to worry
