Popping On Inner Thigh, Difficult To Walk. What Should Be Done?

On my inner upper thigh where my leg connects to my pelvis in the pubic region, there is a popping while I use it. This happens when I do sit ups, run, and lift my knee up and out. It feels like the popping is coming from some type of large tendon . When it pops if I continue to use it it becomes pretty sore and difficult to walk.

HI ! Possibly you have got your muscle or tendon torn (Sprain) while doing the sit ups and other exercises in excess and this has formed a small hematoma at that site. You have to give rest to the part for some time otherwise it may increase and cause you more trouble. Your family physician may also prescribe some anti inflammatory for you and an antibiotic if need be. Take care. Thanks.
