Plugged Ear After Blowing Nose This Morning, Any Suggestions Please

I blew my nose & left ear is plugged, getting over a cold. Do I need decongestant , any suggestions ?

This is due to eustachian tube blockage. It usually happens after an attack of common cold.

Take decongestent, mucolytic agent, steam inhalation, oxymetaxoline nose drop. all for 5 days n try valsalva maneuvre.,

thanks for choosing health care magic.Due to cold the tube between ear and nose gets blocked so you get this kind of problem.Yes you can take decongestant and also take steam inhalation.Drink more of hot liquids and take light diet.you will be fine.
