HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that it may be the symptoms of Dyspepsia and it may be infection too both the condition may be associated with hyperacidity.
Infection with low load of organism may not be having full clinical symptoms but it manifest very transient symptoms, but of course needs antibiotic.
if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day, it has to be continued for three weeks.
hope this information helps.
