Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Borderline enlarged lymph node is most likely due to infection in throat region.
It is important to know age and symptoms of the patient.
If infection is the etiology then full course of antibiotics should be prescribed.
Mostly enlarged lymph node in this region is due to benign causes and it resolves with the treatment of underlying cause.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
