Please Advice For A Growing Movable Wrist Lump And Nasal Block.

Dear sir
18 months back i have found a small lump on my right wrist and then is statred growing now it is big in size, approx. 1 cm radius. Before noticing this lump, I had carried a plastic barrel weighing apprx. 40kg to 2nd floor of a building. initially it was nonmovabale. i have taken hoemo treatment. now find it is movable. i have also have nasal block. request for your expert advice. thanks

Welcome to HCM.
Swelling with increasing size is usually looks to be ganglion or might be lipoma.
If it is increasing with pain then it requires surgical removal.
You have to take nsaid with decongestant to subside the nasal blockage.
Nasal drops will be helpful.
Take steam inhalation.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
