Planning To Take Endura Mass For Weight Gain. Suggestions?

Hi, I have an underweight problem, I am 6ft tall and I weigh only 64kg. I want to gain some more weight and to look fit. I have read about endura mass on the internet. Is it safe to use this product? Or can you please suggest any other one for me. I will be following a diet wherein i will be eating every 3hours. Thanks in advace

You should measure the BMI (body mass index) to know if you are grossly underweight for your age and need this diet schedule what you are thinking about.
Your BMI (weight/h sq) comes to 19.8 that is perfectly normal (18.5-24.9)
Yes you are on the lower side of weight and you need the perfect mix of carbohydrates, proteins and minerals and suggest you see a registered dietician for this if you are still worried.
I will not suggest using stuff straight from the internet either to lose or gain weight.
