Persisting Pain In The Testicle Radiating To The Hips And Legs. Pain While Getting An Erection. Have Premature Ejaculation

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well and in best of health. I have been going through this testicle pain of mine since 8 months now. It has nearly finished the happiness in my life.

I have got 4 ultra sound till now. The pain goes to my hips and sometimes in the legs.
The first two ultra sound were clear but since my third it shows i have first degree varicocle in my left testicle but the problem is that i have pain in my right testicle also. The Ultra sound does not show any think unusual on it.
First i thought it was epididymitis but all tests showed negative on the ultra sound and they are 9mm each. My urine and blood samples were clear.
My pain aggravates when i go near my girl friend and when we try to have sex. The testicle shape changes specifically in the left one at the top and on the right one above the ball.

I get pre ejaculation alot. I am sending you all my reports please help me out.
When i am jogging or swimming i almost have one percent of the pain left but it gets way too much in ever i have sexual arousal. Its like pain in moving so high in it.
I want help from you. I have been too eight doctors and all telling that i am fine but they cant find my pain. I dont know what to do.

I get panic attacks due to it. Please please help me out tell me any exercise i will do it. I have tried Yoga but its fine. These Doctors are not helping me out they are just aggravating my problems.

These are all my semen cultures and analysis. Please do give a look on them.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From the history and type of complain does not fit with any organic illness related to testes .
You are too anxious and apprehensive.
Premature ejaculation is a quit common problem and can be taken care of with counselling with surgeon/andrologist/sexologist .Do not worry about it .
testicular pain usually not referred to hips and legs but it may be referred to abdomen .trauma to testes can give rise to acute pain .Hope you are not getting hurt in the region during exercises etc .
Sometimes spinal problems with displacements may press on nerve roots supplying the testes with movements and positions
please discuss with your doctor and get a thorough check up .
hope you get well soon .
