Permanent Solution For Severe Coughing?

Hi.. I am suffering from severe coughing since last 2 months and this is 3rd I am having this bad coughing start with cold and flu and later become irritation dry cough.. its that bad that all my rips and back started paining. .throat get swollen and painful.. voice become hard.. and every night after having dinner.. I end up vomiting everything with sticky substance coming out. I went to GP and on first visit given nebuliser and butelin and bronchophane (5ml) syrup. But the coughing was same and on next visit after 10days given antibiotics amoxidin 375mg for 3times a day..Along with anti aallergic tablet.. but since no improvement. Again after 7 days I went to ENT doctor and was advise complete blood count, ESR and Mycoplasma pheumoniae igM screening and x ray for sinuses limited 2 views. But all reports were normal. Medicine given were toplexil syrup, telfast 120mg and nexium 40mg for acidity. I complete this course for 8days but still condition in same. Meanwhile in between I also took amydramine syrup as toplexil was not helping at all. ENT doctor also advise me to later see chest physician. Since last 3 years I am having same coughing during winter months and as soon summer start its goes away. Is there any permanent solution for my condition. Highly appreciate all your advice and feedback.

u didnt mention anything about the cough - whether it is with sputum or dry cough
u didnt mentioned ur age also
from the discription given and investigations within normal limits u may be having Laryngo pharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD) . it can also present like this. i may suggest you to consult an ent surgeon and get a video laryngoscopy done. it may be having features of LPRD. or else u can give a try with
T. Pan 40 mg 1-0-1 x 1 month
T. Domperidon 1-1-1 x 10 days
Syp Mucaine gel 10 ml TID x 1 month
along with avoiding spicy foods, tappiocca, potatto, peas and all (which causes acidity) and sleep only 1 hr after dinner.
give me ur feed back after taking this for 1 week
