Penis Wets With Little Excitement, What Can I Do To Solve This ?

penis wets with little excitement, a drop of clear sticky water comes out when i have urinary pressure,or slightly excited my penis erects and a drop of sticky substance (sperm as i think) comes out and wets my penis.what can i do to solve this?? is kegel exercise effective ?
