Penis Skin Turning Black, Burning Sensation, No Smell Or Any Discharge, Blood Test Negative. Suggestion?

I am 40 years and skin on my penis is turning black . skin on the tip of the penis got peeled and the red flesh is giving burning sensation when i walk. No smell or any discharge . I saw the doctor , they ran blood test and culture test. Both came negative. I also observered that my lips has a dark line now. Any suggestions to find out what it is?

In my opinion you should go for a biopsy of the lesion to rule out any occurrence of Melanoma.KOH slide of the scraping to rule out any fungus infection is also advised.
