Peeled Skin Under Glans, No Drainage Or Redness. Is It Due To Masturbation?

my friend is african american and the area under his glans is white like the skin had come off. no drainage or any redness just the skin all the way around right under the glans is off and the skin is white. he has no idea what it is and states its just dry skin but i want to know what causes this. could masturbation cause this

Your description about your friends condition might be a little less informative never the less masturbation is less likely to cause this unless it caused injury to the part of the skin previously.
History of sexual contact and good examination is a must to reach a differential diagnosis.
