Painless hard lump behind ears. Have headaches, feel dizzy and weak. Blackouts while getting up. Should i be worried?

Hi I have a lump behind my ear,its hard as stone ,I feel rily dizzy..weak. When I lay down or even sit for a while n get up,I nearly black out for a sec or two. My get headaches ,sometimes d whole head or half head on d side where d lump is but d lump itself is not painful.i also can smell blood through my nose ,is it something I should b worried about?

Avoid all spicy and oily food, citrus fruits, tea and coffee, irregular food habits. Sleep at regular timings.
Take 3litres of water per day.
Drink 1glass of cold milk at night.
Learn shetali pranayam from a yoga instructor and do it regularly.
Take Amla tab 2tab twice before food, 1tab brahmi twice daily after food and Tab triphala tab 2bed time.
