Painful White Bump On The Adenoid. Pain While Swallowing. How To Get Rid Of It?
I have a single, white pimple-like bump on my right adenoid . It is NOT on the tonsil itself. It seemed to pop up over night. Around the white bump there is redness. I do not have a sore throat , a fever or any other symptoms of illness. The white bump is painful to the touch so it hurts every time I swallow as my tongue happens to brush up against it. What can this be and how do I get rid of it?
You seem to have developed an infection. This may sometimess not be accompanied by other symptoms. You need to be examined and evaluated to confirm. You may need antibiotics to get over it. Also pain killers can help.
