Painful Vein Near Wrist, Numbness. Taken Baby Aspirin. Help

I do a lot of computer work and my right hand uses the mouse extensively. Yesterday afternoon I noticed a vein pop up close to the surface of my skin between the right wrist up about 1/3 of the way between wrist and elbow. It was not very painful at first - but, overnight it became somewhat painful and today more so. It appears that the area the vein popped up in is now 24 hours later a bit swollen and the pain is stronger. There also appears to be some sensitivity issues now of pain, slight numbness. swelling on the skin with what appears to be some bruising throughout the area to the point that it has become very painful even when I'm not using my right hand or arm. I did take 4 baby aspirins throughout the day. I have no idea what I'm dealing with - can you advise? Thanks!

Hi, you found a vein pop up between the wrist and elbow. pain ful and increasing in pain progressively, slight numbness, and swelling , you are a computer personal with continuous work.
It appears to be the carpal tunnel syndrome, means the passage is blocked and veins and nerves are under pressure.
It may need decompression by medicines, other wise surgical decompresion. Thank you.
