Painful stomach and back. Is it gas? Is temperature low?

Hey, I m a 21 year old male 5 10, 150 LBS. About 6 hours ago after eating Chicken, potatoes and green beans, my stomach and lower back became excruciatingly painful. I thought it was just gas or something of the sort, but it s been 6 hours and seems to be getting worse, I feel like I m going to vomit any second. I have no health insurance, and the only place that accepts walk-ins charges 65 dollars just to be seen, which I do not have. About 15 minutes ago I took my temperature and it was 95.2 Fahrenheit , not really sure if that is abnormal or not.

Thanks for your query. From the symptoms you have a acute gastritis and indigestion.Since you do not have insurance you can have lime soda and some antacid.Do not take food today. It should settle once you vomit out every thing.
