Painful Knee Cap, Stiffness, Fluttering Around Ankle. What Can Help?

feeling fluttering in left ankle, one month ago started with pain in left leg around knee cap, very stiff I couldn't flex my left leg at all. However, pain in left leg feels better hurts alittle, now pain is just on left side of my knee towards the inside of the knee. As mentioned, now I feeling fluttering around left ankle and towards back of my left ankle. Never had this before. Fluttering has been now for about three days

The pain in the knee and the leg that you are having could be due to an inflammation in the knee or an injury to the internal knee joint structures. This needs investigations like MRI scan for proper diagnosis.
