Painful Itchy Piles With Burning. Tried Brufen. Any Other Anti Inflammatory Medication?

Hi am having third degree piles and lately they have become painful , itching,burning,...etc, tried brufen for relief for last 2 /3 days and that did help but apprehensive of taking it for long...please advise any other antiinflamatory ...also can I use thrombofob gel locally ....I am 55 yrs old...male..thanks in advance

You mentioned in query that you are a patient of third degree hemorrhoids ( piles)
As piles are very painful with itching and burning.
Brufen is a pain killer.
In my opinion this will further aggravate the condition of piles.

Frankly I would like to advise you please consult a surgeon and get in an operation and relax.
Just due to fear and hesitation you are reluctant for surgery.
Don't fear at all this is very minor surgery and will be best for your hemorrhoids.
