Pain Under Chest, Difficulty Breathing, Lump

I first noticed a pain right under my left breast a couple weeks ago, my girlfriend thought it was indigestion. over a week had gone by I was a work and I work a labor job. It was hard for me to breath in really heavily. Then i noticed i was getting a lump, it seems to be on my diaphramic or muscle below the left breast.. now it is smaller but the size of a quarter now and really hard... if i try to see if it is connected to anything it hurts so bad it brings tears to my eyes.. what can it be...

Hi, Thanks for calling Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the lymph gland, or a boil developing as a result of some infection in the surroundings.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment, You may need to have incision and drainage, for complete relief.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, diclofenac sodium, paracetamol and serratio peptidase.
