Hello,

Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!

Usually significant facial trauma, swelling locally, pain and tenderness are present if there is a fracture. If these are present, a fracture can be suspected. I personally do not think that you may have fracture based on the information you have given.

However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out. And if suspected, an x ray is needed to confirm.

Stay healthy and thank you for consulting! You can contact me again anytime, if you need clarifications or further assistance in future. Kindly rate the answer if you are satisfied.
