Pain In The Testicles. Had A Varicocele Surgery. Worried About Recurrence
Hi i had varicocele (on the left) since i was 13 yrs old and had operated. I love playing basketball. Now im 19. I saw again something in my left testicle. the varicocele may return. Can varicocele may return? I don't know why. I am scared to have it again. I felt also a pain sometimes. 5/10 in prolonged standing and sitting. How can i prevent.

Though I have on occasion seen varicocele recurrence in my clinical practise, let me reassure you that this is very uncommon and is not the nature of the disease but rather the surgery technique.
If you could get back with the symptoms you have no in more detail and if really worried a Doppler examination report, it would be perfect to guide you further.
