shoulder pain is a very common complaint , that needs careful history and examination in order to determine the reason. but unfortunately your post doesn't give much of information. if you can post which shoulder left or right it makes a difference , if there the pain increases upon movement of the shoulder or carrying objects ? does it happen at night ? how severe is it from a scale 1-10 1 being the least severe and 10 the highest ? do you have any liver problems ? gallstones ? and heart problems ? any previous sport injuries ? do you have stomach gases ?
best regards , Ahmad
